On the 1st Tuesday of May each year HealthCare 21 hosts the Annual Health & Productivity Forum. The Forum is the largest health benefits conference in the area with human resource managers, benefit managers, health plan representatives and health care professionals attending from the region’s leading businesses. We host this meeting annually to bring stakeholders together for networking and education on the latest health care trends and benefit issues.

The amount is actually higher when you consider the Specialty Pharmaceuticals that move through your medical plan. The Pharmacy landscape is changing and employers need to have a strategy to manage their Pharmacy benefits and vendors. Pharma U is designed to inform them about current topics that impact their pharmacy spendings and to prepare them to better manage their Pharmacy benefit through vendor management, contracting, and benefit design.

The College was created to help employee benefit managers meet the growing challenges of providing high quality health benefits and managing rising benefit costs. The College offers a practical, intensive program that focuses on benefits purchasing techniques and skills that emphasize improving the value, quality-cost ratio, and effectiveness of health care services purchased on behalf of employees.
Small group workshops are available throughout the year to facilitate learning and application of value based purchasing practices.
